Ces informations et preuves peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme trop difficiles \u00e0 obtenir, \u00e0 exploiter ou \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter dans le cadre d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure judiciaire. Dans certaines juridictions, les enqu\u00eateurs se fondent sur les aveux et ne recherchent pas les t\u00e9moins corroborants importants ou les autres preuves disponibles, ou bien les t\u00e9moins peuvent ne pas \u00eatre disponibles en raison de la peur ou de l\u2019intimidation. Dans de nombreux cas, cependant, la force des informations et des preuves disponibles peut \u00eatre renforc\u00e9e par l\u2019utilisation cibl\u00e9e de techniques et de m\u00e9thodes d\u2019entretiens sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es visant sp\u00e9cifiquement \u00e0 produire des informations exploitables et\/ou des preuves utilisables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour aider les praticiens \u00e0 relever ces d\u00e9fis, l\u2019IIJ dirige un projet visant \u00e0 \u00e9laborer un guide de l\u2019IIJ sur l\u2019obtention d\u2019informations et de preuves par le biais des entretiens \u2013 un ensemble de principes directeurs pour la conduite des entretiens \u00e0 l\u2019aide de techniques et de m\u00e9thodes qui permettront d\u2019obtenir efficacement des informations et des preuves pouvant donner lieu \u00e0 une action, tout en respectant les droits des personnes accus\u00e9es et des personnes interrog\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mlqwhsp1u9p8.i.optimole.com\/pCBxbW8-TqMX4Twl\/w:auto\/h:auto\/q:auto\/http:\/\/657.0cb.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Eng9goXW4AMZtda.jpg\" alt=\"Eng3mxnXEAAoA-s\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de la r\u00e9union de cadrage en ligne, un consensus a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une telle orientation des praticiens. Les experts en la mati\u00e8re ont partag\u00e9 leur expertise, leurs exp\u00e9riences et leurs perspectives, et ont discut\u00e9 de la meilleure fa\u00e7on d\u2019aborder l\u2019\u00e9laboration du guide.
