{"id":6768,"date":"2019-06-27T18:46:00","date_gmt":"2019-06-27T18:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iij.fifthtribe.com\/event\/iij-rftfs-initiative-rehabilitating-and-reintegrating-returning-foreign-terrorist-fighters-capacity-building-workshop-2\/"},"modified":"2021-11-05T18:16:11","modified_gmt":"2021-11-05T18:16:11","slug":"iij-rftfs-initiative-rehabilitating-and-reintegrating-returning-foreign-terrorist-fighters-capacity-building-workshop-2","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/theiij.org\/fr\/event\/iij-rftfs-initiative-rehabilitating-and-reintegrating-returning-foreign-terrorist-fighters-capacity-building-workshop-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Initiative de l\u2019IIJ sur les CTE de retour dans leur pays d\u2019origine : Atelier de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s sur la r\u00e9insertion et la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration des combattants terroristes \u00e9trangers de retour au pays"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Du 25 au 27 juin 2019, l\u2019Institut international pour la justice et l\u2019\u00c9tat de droit a organis\u00e9 \u00e0 N\u2019Djamena, au Tchad, un atelier sur \u00ab&nbsp;comment comprendre et lutter efficacement contre le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne des combattants terroristes&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp; L\u2019atelier a r\u00e9uni des juges, des procureurs, des enqu\u00eateurs, des agents p\u00e9nitentiaires, des travailleurs sociaux, des psychologues et des chefs religieux de diverses organisations au Tchad, ainsi que des experts nationaux et internationaux en la mati\u00e8re.&nbsp; Les praticiens ont partag\u00e9 leur expertise et leurs exp\u00e9riences en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9insertion et de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration, ainsi que les bonnes pratiques en mati\u00e8re de lutte contre l\u2019extr\u00e9misme violent et de politiques d\u2019amnistie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mlqwhsp1u9p8.i.optimole.com\/pCBxbW8-N82KZbN4\/w:auto\/h:auto\/q:auto\/http:\/\/657.0cb.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chad-Edit-1.jpg\" alt=\"Chadedit5\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant les discussions en profondeur et les exercices interactifs en groupes, les participants ont continu\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper les \u00e9l\u00e9ments pour un addendum \u00e0 la Strat\u00e9gie du Tchad sur la lutte contre l\u2019extr\u00e9misme violent (CVE) visant \u00e0 traiter sp\u00e9cifiquement la r\u00e9insertion et la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration des terroristes. Un groupe de travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9, qui mettra au point les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019atelier et r\u00e9digera la version finale de l\u2019addendum, en coop\u00e9ration avec l\u2019IIJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019atelier de N\u2019Djamena a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 dans le cadre de l\u2019initiative de l\u2019IIJ sur les combattants terroristes \u00e9trangers de retour, et fait partie d\u2019un programme financ\u00e9 par le gouvernement des Pays-Bas sur la r\u00e9insertion et la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration des terroristes, en particulier au Tchad et au Mali.&nbsp; Le projet met en pratique les recommandations formul\u00e9es dans&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegctf.org\/Portals\/1\/Documents\/Framework%20Documents\/2016%20and%20before\/Addendum%20to%20The%20Hague-Marrakech%20Memorandum%20FR.pdf?ver=2020-01-13-163556-710\"><em>l\u2019Addendum du GCTF au M\u00e9morandum de La Haye \u2013 Marrakech sur les bonnes pratiques pour r\u00e9pondre plus efficacement au ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne des combattants terroristes \u00e9trangers, ax\u00e9 sur les combattants terroristes \u00e9trangers de retour dans leur pays<\/em><\/a>.&nbsp; L\u2019atelier de N\u2019Djamena \u00e9tait le deuxi\u00e8me de quatre ateliers de renforcement des comp\u00e9tences avec le Tchad.&nbsp; Parall\u00e8lement, mais ind\u00e9pendamment, quatre ateliers de renforcement des comp\u00e9tences sont organis\u00e9s au Mali, le premier ayant eu lieu en d\u00e9cembre 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mlqwhsp1u9p8.i.optimole.com\/pCBxbW8-88cFa4ZX\/w:auto\/h:auto\/q:auto\/http:\/\/657.0cb.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Chad_Group.jpg\" alt=\"Chadedit5\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3643,"template":"","event_type":[187],"event_topic":[216],"pages_relationship":[79],"event_category":[],"class_list":["post-6768","event","type-event","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","event_type-workshops-fr","event_topic-rftfs-fr","pages_relationship-rftfs-initiative"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.5 -
