Du 12 au 14 f\u00e9vrier 2019, l\u2019Institut international pour la justice et l\u2019\u00c9tat de droit (IIJ) a organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Bamako, au Mali, le deuxi\u00e8me d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de quatre ateliers sur la r\u00e9insertion et la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration des combattants terroristes. L\u2019atelier a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 avec le soutien financier du gouvernement des Pays-Bas et a r\u00e9uni des juges, des procureurs, des enqu\u00eateurs, des agents p\u00e9nitentiaires, des gendarmes, des travailleurs sociaux et des chefs religieux de diverses organisations du Mali. L\u2019atelier fait partie d\u2019un programme plus large financ\u00e9 par les Pays-Bas sur la \u00ab r\u00e9insertion et la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration des combattants terroristes \u00bb, portant sp\u00e9cifiquement sur le Mali et le Tchad, et soutenant la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019Addendum au M\u00e9morandum de La Haye-Marrakech sur les bonnes pratiques pour r\u00e9pondre plus efficacement au ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne des combattants terroristes \u00e9trangers, ax\u00e9 sur les combattants terroristes \u00e9trangers de retour dans leur pays<\/em><\/a>, et d\u2019autres bonnes pratiques pertinentes du GCTF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce deuxi\u00e8me atelier au Mali a invit\u00e9 les participants \u00e0 r\u00e9diger des recommandations sur la mani\u00e8re d\u2019inclure la r\u00e9insertion et la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration (R&R) dans la politique nationale de lutte contre l\u2019extr\u00e9misme violent du Mali et des id\u00e9es pour des plans d\u2019action sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 chaque agence. Des experts nationaux et internationaux ont anim\u00e9 les discussions et les exercices de groupe, et ont partag\u00e9 leurs connaissances et leur expertise sur les programmes R&R, l\u2019importance de l\u2019approche communautaire et le r\u00f4le que jouent les diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes dans ces programmes. Les recommandations et les discussions seront approfondies lors d\u2019un atelier ult\u00e9rieur pr\u00e9vu pour juin 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
