Il est titulaire d\u2019un Master en diplomatie de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne d\u2019\u00e9tudes diplomatiques (MEDAC) de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Malte, ainsi que d\u2019un Master en g\u00e9nie des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Boumerd\u00e8s, en Alg\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant de rejoindre l\u2019IIJ, Fares a occup\u00e9 le poste d\u2019Administrateur II \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Malte. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 Coordinateur local du programme TechGirls aupr\u00e8s de Legacy International et Charg\u00e9 de subventions au sein de World Learning.
