Elle est charg\u00e9e de concevoir et dispenser des formations d\u2019excellence pour lutter contre le terrorisme et la criminalit\u00e9 transnationale. Comp\u00e9tente en tant que solliciteur en Angleterre et au Pays de Galles, Rachel apporte 15 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en pratique nationale sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la d\u00e9fense p\u00e9nale, y compris une exp\u00e9rience extensive dans la conduite d&rsquo;affaires graves et complexes. Au niveau global, Rachel occup\u00e9 le poste d\u2019Agent L\u00e9gal Principale pour la Mission de l\u2019OSCE au Kosovo, travaillant sur des probl\u00e8mes l\u00e9gaux comme le terrorisme et la criminalit\u00e9 transnationale. Elle est exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e dans la gestion de projets sur le crime organis\u00e9 et la corruption financ\u00e9s par les donateurs ainsi que dans la conception et la mise en place d\u2019activit\u00e9s de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s destin\u00e9s aux praticiens l\u00e9gaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rachel a pass\u00e9 cinq ans en Colombie, o\u00f9 elle a travaill\u00e9 sur la protection des d\u00e9fenseurs des Droits Humains et termin\u00e9 une sp\u00e9cialisation de troisi\u00e8me cycle dans les Droits Humains et la Loi Humanitaire Internationale.
