Gaied apporte \u00e0 l\u2019Institut une vaste exp\u00e9rience dans les domaines de la justice, de la lutte contre le terrorisme et de la coop\u00e9ration internationale. Il a rejoint l\u2019IIJ en octobre 2024 en tant que Directeur de l\u2019unit\u00e9 acad\u00e9mique et membre de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction, o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 responsable de la supervision des formations acad\u00e9miques de l\u2019Institut. Dans ce r\u00f4le, il a dirig\u00e9 des efforts visant \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s nationales en mati\u00e8re de lutte contre le terrorisme, notamment \u00e0 travers le d\u00e9veloppement de modules sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s d\u2019excellence portant sur le terrorisme et la criminalit\u00e9 organis\u00e9e transnationale.<br>Avant de rejoindre l\u2019IIJ, M. Gaied a dirig\u00e9 la Mission de lutte contre la radicalisation violente au minist\u00e8re fran\u00e7ais de la Justice. Au cours de sa carri\u00e8re, il a acquis plus de vingt ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience au service public en tant que praticien de la justice p\u00e9nale, dont onze ann\u00e9es consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 la lutte contre le terrorisme au sein des minist\u00e8res de la Justice et de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur.<br>Le parcours professionnel de M.
