Abibou a rejoint l’\u00e9quipe de l’IIJ en 2018 en tant qu’assistant de programme. Auparavant, il a occup\u00e9 les postes de m\u00e9diateur culturel et d’assistant de programme aupr\u00e8s de l’Organisation internationale pour les migrations (OIM Malte) pendant plus de cinq ans. En 1998, il a fait partie d’un groupe de professeurs de fran\u00e7ais langue \u00e9trang\u00e8re envoy\u00e9s au Nigeria pour apporter un soutien technique dans le cadre d’un accord bilat\u00e9ral entre le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral du Nigeria et la R\u00e9publique du B\u00e9nin.
