Lara Nonninger
Programme Manager
Lara is a Programme Manager at the IIJ. She practiced as a litigation and regulatory attorney in London, focusing amongst others on threats associated with emergent technologies and challenges in the cybersphere. Before this, she worked in the think tank field, focusing on violent extremism and financial inclusion. Lara holds a BA in War Studies and History and an MA in International Peace & Security from King’s College London, where her research centred on sub-Saharan African security issues. She attended law school in the UK and is a solicitor of the Courts of England & Wales.
